✔ This LIVE COFFEE CHAT PROGRAM SERIES is designed to help women who are interested in discovering their personal growth body. A goddess way is to help gain a clear understanding of your individual hormones, moon frequencies and brain function. This is an educational awareness program where we are actively participating in our hormonal awareness through each session of individual topic of discussion. Knowing how the body functions and were it leads to from teen years, to adult hood, to peri-menopause to menopause is worth knowing and life becomes to valuable when years go by when you are needing to know what you did not know in your younger years. LIFE is valuable and I want women to stop wasting time, money, and un do stress when we learn the feminine way.
✔ Each session we will have a topic of discussion to help you better implement in your life. Each person is individual and each person has a different life phase or lifestyle with different stressors in life. The goal is to help gain hormonal control to the awareness of how we can better manage the hormonal shifts in a women cycle, eating in alignment and if no cycle then transition to menopause digestive principles.
✔ This program is based on principles that I have implemented in my life as a body intuitive with over 25 years experience as a personal trainer. I have take years of common mistakes from owning a gym and working in gyms and collectively created the common misconceptions and belief's that women do to try to lose weight and put it into a self active participation program. Too many women make or believe and or assume that going to the gym is going to create weight loss, or decreasing your calories during your menstrual cycle is ok. There is a cause and correlation to the thing we do and unfortunately we find out too late and suddenly we find ourself unmotivated, tired, overweight, sick or diagnosed with an illness.
✔ The program is created to help you have a better understanding of problems that you are struggling with. By providing knowledge of how the body functions and works based on the food we eat, the way we train, how we train and what our hormones do when they are running our life. With knowledge you have a better understanding of how the body will react and you can make a choice. If you know then you are actively creating some of your problems. By knowing through each session creates an in process transition MINDSET with your hormones. These sessions are designed for awareness to occur weekly with your hormones. For those with your menstrual cycle you can start to know your day by day hormones. As we transition to peri-menopause and menopause it is no longer day to day it starts to become more focused on your ability of your brain focus and attention span.
✔ The body always has a response via symptoms. These can include weight gain, digestive issues, hormones imbalances, lack of muscle tone, lack of mental focus and memory. These are all forms of inflammation and or biochemical responses within the body. We have to become healthy first in order to see any health and or weight changes. I am not a nutritionist I am a personal trainer but as a body intuitive, someone who has intuitive knowing of an individual body responses has given me great insight working with clients. I have had this ability my whole life and I choose to help teens, women, entrepreneur women, mom, single moms, women who have done IVF treatments and stay at home moms to help create hormonal control. Building a better relationship with the intuitive hormonal self. Your time is valuable and when you build a better relationship with your hormonal awareness your start planning and scheduling differently in your life and the things that you do in your day to day.

✔ Each MODULE TOPIC will be released with 1-2 videos to pre-frame what will be discussed and create awareness to the topic in your current life.
✔ EVERY 2 weeks there will be a live WEBINAR chat. This session would be 1.5 hours with Q & A included. Anyone attending live webinar sessions will have the opportunity to discuss what they are being challenged with related to the topic. The session will start out with wins from the previous 2 weeks and then I get into the lesson.
✔ If you cannot make the chat, all live chats will be uploaded for replay for 1 week after. These sessions are designed for you to actively learn about your self and is encouraged to attend the live webinars.

I have put in over 5000 hours of research of how I experience my situations with individuals in the gym and clients as I AM A HIGHLY SENSITIVE BODY INTUITIVE so you do not have to do it yourself and lose time. All of the knowledge, tips and tricks are in this program. I am always adding new content because I love learning and want to keep growing and improving and sharing with others.
All of these principles have helped me overcome my hormonal issues that lead to my low energy struggles, weight fluctuation and digestive issues. I started this program when I was 37 and I am now 42 years and I want women to stop wasting time and start creating ownership to your individual hormonal rises.
