1 ON 1 PRIVATE SESSION

In your 1 on 1 private session

  • This session is for you if you have had surgery of any kind. We cannot activate the body if you have had damage to your internal scar tissue. This has to be done through several sessions. 
  • I am 100% honest and I will tell you if you don't need a one on one session. (This is why I recommend you fill out the GOOGLE Body Discovery Application). However, if you have had an injury, or surgery, or heightened pain in your body, I do recommend a PRIVATE session before YOU move on to GROUP sessions. 
  • Your 1st session/consultation is 1 hour. Within that session, the focus is on understanding how you move and transfer your weight. You are gaining knowledge about your muscle imbalances and your individual pelvis. 
  • As I said before, I am not training you like a regular personal trainer. Our session is designed for you to understand your imbalances in your body, and learn how to activate with full body core activation. 
  •  I encourage you to do one session if you are NEW TO WHAT I DO and then do a group workshop session. 
  • I have designed your individual journey as a process of discovery for your body. Not every exercise is best for you. It's important to find out what is causing your pain/discomfort, or lack of definition in the body, so you can learn from each session. 
  • Think of these sessions like affordable personal training. You see me every 2-8 weeks for a follow up. It all depends on how conscious you CHOOSE to be in each session and how CONSCIOUS YOU ARE IN YOUR WORKOUTS without me present. 
  • Each follow up allows you to actively grow, evolve, and learn more about your body. As the body gets stronger we move on. But most importantly, every one is time starved and most of us lack the accountability to our body results. You will grow from each session, transform, and develop a new way of showing up at the gym.

THIS IS A LIVE INTERACTIVE SESSION: LEARN EFFECTIVE TRAINING! TRAIN WITH PURPOSE THE FEMININE WAY!

  • This SESSION helps you understand the basics of training the feminine way. If you are new to working out this SELF DISCOVERY SESSION will help you learn proper form and technique on exercises that work for your individual pelvis. No pelvis is the same, so its time to start thinking conscious while your train. 
  •  If you are looking to step it up and have been training for a while and have hit a plateau then this SESSION is for you! You will learn specific techniques that will cut your training time in half while learning how to activate your body and your individual pelvis and spine alignment. 
  • Each session is a rehab workout for your pelvis and muscle imbalances.
  • I have designed your individual journey as a process of discovery designed for your individual body, so you can learn through each GROUP session. 
  • Think of these sessions like affordable personal training.  It all depends on how conscious you CHOOSE to be in each session and how CONSCIOUS YOU ARE IN YOUR WORKOUTS without me. 
  • Each follow up session allows you to actively grow, evolve. and learn more about your body. As the body gets stronger, we work on improving and developing strategies towards your individual body goals and how we can isolate for transformation.
