I am your BODY COACH. I have been a personal trainer and a body intuitive for over 25 years. I have a unique sense of tapping into a person's muscle activation, by seeing what muscles are activated and what is not. I said seeing as I literally can see through your body. My whole life I have been able to actually see through peoples bodies as a personal trainer and massage therapist. At first it freaked me out and I often though I was going crazy. I discovered this gift when I was little and have master what I see on and in each individual body through repeated common body experiences that have become fact of repeated body pattern. Meaning your cause and correlation to your pain, discomfort, lack of muscle definitions, muscle imbalances and even personality changes. I have see it all. I am grateful for the life time of growth and discovery from working in gyms and owning my own gym back home in Alberta.

Routine is best and principle values creates clarity in why I wake up every day.
