Through my Pelvic Trampoline Workshops or One on One consultation sessions, I provide results-driven sessions that focus on teaching you to be mindful of your individual body and alignment for your own individual exercise related to your pelvis alignment. No pelvis alignment is the same and can create continued challenges in your muscle activation, especially in the midsection or torso area of a women's body.Â

I am your BODY COACH! If you want to stop wasting time and start taking control and effectively train doing specific exercises designed for your individual pelvis, then I look forward to working with you! I have been a personal trainer and a body intuitive (like a body psychic) for over 25 years. I have a unique sense of tapping into a person's muscle activation and seeing which muscles are activated and which ones are not when you are exercising. I said seeing as I can literally  see through your body. My whole life, I have been able to actually see through peoples bodies as a personal trainer and massage therapist. At first, I thought everybody saw what I saw as I was born with this beautiful gift. I was seeing peoples muscle imbalances that were leading to their  pain. I discovered this gift when I was little and have mastered what I see in each individuals body. I like to specialize in women because I also have the  ability to be in tune with your hormones during your individual menstrual cycle. On some days, I can tell what specific day of your period you are on when I see you in person or on Zoom. I am like your muscle and hormone psychic.  I see your muscle imbalances, which leads to your pain problems. I see your muscle imbalances that lead to a lack of definition or lack of body transformation in specific areas of your body.Â
 I am grateful for the life time of growth and discovery from working in gyms and owning my own gym back home in Alberta.Â

If you have imbalances in your body, you will lack definition on your body. I  educate you on your individual body. I want to compliment your fitness routine by teaching you conscious training in your exercises that you do related to your pelvic alignment. I designed it this way, so you are actively participating in your workout by showing up conscious and aware on the gym floor, using the knowledge you gained from our WORKSHOPS together.  Not every pelvis is the same as our bodies all have different patterns of habit. I am here to help correct and align if you want to grow and learn. Think of it as personal growth for your body and developing conscious awareness to your training. Showing up with intention and purpose.Â

 Each workshop is held in my home with a small group of 3-6 people. Mini trampolines are used to create awareness on how one transfers their weight.
I teach you how to activate the body using methods of vibration, wave training, mini trampolines, pressure point techniques, and other unique modalities to help create your individual awareness. Each person is unique and each person has strengths and weaknesses related to their individual pelvic alignment and muscle imbalances.Â
I teach the most effective way to get the quickest activation for your individual body. This is important for women as we age through our hormonal changes.Â
I have designed these workshops for women to come back and attend again as a Pelvis Strong maintenance checkin. As you gain awareness of your body, you will correct your alignment. We will work to achieve mobility in all areas of your joints in order to achieve proper muscle activation.
